Remember When is a song about getting irreparably hurt by someone you thought you loved and loved you back... and then letting yourself get lost in that hurt and anger.

The original was pure piano and some strings. In the re-recorded version, I wanted to keep the same organic vibe of the original, but I built it up more with some percussion and some bass to really fill out the sound. I had to get really comfortable with my voice again after such a long time of drowning it in reverb. It was a little scary!
